it will be breezy tonight, tomorrow and to some extent on saturday. 51 bethesda and rockville, 50 in fairfax. we're looking at temps about 15 degrees cooler than this time yesterday, 53 in college park, 54 in waldorf. gusts 31 mile-per-hour wind gust at national, but mainly in the range of 17 to 25 mile-per- hour wind gusts, wind gusts of 18 in gaithersburg and 22 up in hagerstown. so grab a jacket tonight if you're headed out. you'll need it. bright but brisk finish to the week tomorrow, chilly for high school football. plan on the 40s tomorrow, a little breeze in the evening and then a nice saturday, a little cool but really a very nice day. so for tonight clear skies, breezy and colder, lows 32 to 42 and winds will continue northwest 10 to 15 and a little bit on the gusty side. we'll break it down hour by hour. these are downtown temps, 30s in the burbs, but low 40s to start downtown, 46 by 9:00, 50 by 11:00 and then 52 by 1:00. so even 52 with pure sun with the breezes it's going to feel much cooler than it is. saturday a bit cool but nice, 59. we got the heart walk which is at 1

temperatures are going to start dropping when they move out. 35 in rockville. 36 in reston. 35 in fairfax. 37 in college park and waldorf. i think with the winds and the dryer air, we're not going to sea that fast freeze, so moisture on the roads now should not be a problem later tonight. we'll certainly monitor that. the winds are doing us a favor. wind gusts of 29 miles per hour. 23 at national, and 38-mile per hour wind gust in hagerstown. it feels like it's in the 20s already. if you're planning to go out tonight, i know a lot of folks go out before thanksgiving dinner. well 30 downtown. but 24 in gaithersburg and 29 in leesburg and only going to get lower. so, dryer air moves in tonight, cold, but dry thanksgiving. a cold, but dry black friday and looking at a chilly, but dry weekend. so, the storms are pretty much gone. getting home will be no problem weather wise. so rain and snow showers ending early tonight. clearing skies, windy and colder. winds right on through tonight. we'll break it down for you. plenty of sunshine. it's going to be cold if you're one of those turkey trots.

and next going to be here most of the weekend into early on monday. 33 now in rockville. but 29 fairfax and centreville. again not sure if manassas a as cold as 21 but dumfries is 27. 29 this morning coming in from bowie. outside on that michael & son weather camera well you can't really see the high clouds out there but visibility is good. 37 degrees. the observation though calling it mostly cloudy. calm winds or no winds i should say and the pressure steady at 30.24. this actually goes back into texas and mexico with some of those clouds and the showers now in towards st. louis are now 50 this year. looking at showers in the next half hour to 60 minutes. we're looking at the clouds thicken up. the futurecast doesn't show the high clouds as much as the thicker clouds you'll be seeing here by lunchtime and portions of western maryland and west virginia and up in pennsylvania. those clouds thicken to our south by 4:30. with some showers south of charleston. moving up the shenandoah valley here by 9:00 p.m. so it's possible west of town some of the friday night football gam
