all three candidates will meet on stage with hosts david muir and martha raddatz. jack: eddie tipton is back in the news tonight. the former security director for the iowa-based multi-state lottery association is now accused of tampering with drawings in four other states over a six year period. tipton is now connected to rigging jackpots in colorado, wisconsin, and those state lotteries have confirmed they paid jackpots worth 8 million dollars to tipton associates. 37 other states are on the list investigators are looking at as well. tipton was convicted of installing an undetectable software program in the computers that pick winning numbers so he can know them in advance, and then works with other people to play those numbers and collect the money. he was caught and convicted when he tried to pull the same scam against the iowa lottery. jack: there are new details in the search for whoever was behind the wheel in monday's hit and run in ames. jack: iowa state freshman emmalee jacobs was hit and killed at the intersection of lincoln way and ash avenue-- just off
