thank you, lisa. developing news out of the east bay this morning. police are still looking for a plan who shot and killed a man on a bart train at the west oakland station. it happened just before 8:00 last night. witnesses dell us the victim was sitting next to the train's car door. to he was shot just before the train stopped. the shooter ran as soon as the doors opened. abc7 news reporter sergio quintana has the details. you. >> as police were piecing together exactly what happened, we noticed a commotion at the bus stop just yards away. we watched as police took a man into custody nearly two hours before the brutal shooting on this train. it's not clear if he was a suspect. but we watched as he was searched and put into a waiting patrol car. witnesses say the shooter may have boarded the train at rockridge or the west oakland station and just before exiting the train he pulled out a gun. >> i looked you, there was a pop. he had his happened down shooting. up there two or three more shots, the doo
