levi row-nin was officially charged with three counts today -- after he slammed into the back of a car friday -- killing a father and his 9 year- old daughter. represented by a private attorney -- levi ruohonen made his first court appearance monday to officially face charges. according to a criminal arrived to the scene near old farm and four mile roads just before 5 friday night. kevin dalley and his two daughters were returning from a trip to chicago when 25-year-old ruohonen allegedly slammed into their car. kevin dalley and his 9year-old daughter both died -- his six year old daughter survived. according to the complaint -- a responding officer attempted to talk to ruohonen at the drivers license. the officer reported smelling a strong order of intoxicants -- and said ruohonen's "motor function appeared to be so impaired that he never actually was able to pull a card out of his wallet." later when ruohonen was interviewed at the jail -- the criminal complaint says he told officers what he did prior to the accident. at 7 am -- he returned home from a third shift at we energies. at
