we're starting off this morning out in center city. this is the vine street expressway around 24th street. i chose this camera earlier because there was already a crash here. the westbound side of the vine, moving toward the schuylkill expressway. the crash was in here. just the highlight of what we'll see pretty much most of the morning getting on and off ramps around sharp curves. we'll find slippery spots. the accident, of course, has cleared. you see that everything's getting along nicely. we want to see brake lights going around the corners like that. we will start to see problems pop up later on, especially when more cars head out the door. tc farming tan avenue around north state street. we'll end with bridges here. watch for construction over the burlington bristol from an earlier crash. single lanes in both directions. also there's a scheduled opening on stand by for palmeira. could be back down now. i'll check on that and be back in ten minutes with updates. >> thanks. >>> new from overnight, a police in affiliation left a ma
