i'm rosemary connors. let's start with the weather. >> look at the temperatures across the board. 50 in mount pocono. 42 pottstown and near 50 for philly at 49. at 46 in wilmington. look at the southern zones. millville, mid 50s. atlantic city, 56. a lot of us didn't see much cooling overnight. yesterday we officially hit a high of 58 in philly. only a 7-degree drop there. that makes it very easy to talk 60s and 70s later this afternoon. radar and satellite. one problem is, with the 70s. you don't get a lot of sunshine. it will be a mostly cloudy day for us. we may even see sprinkles from time to time across the region, especially north. we have this big storm setup with a front attached to it sitting to the north of us. mostly what's going to happen today is a little moisture trickling in, meaning we'll have the potential for light spots of rain. nothing too heavy today. overall the clouds and temperature climb. 50s by 8:00 a.m. by 11:00 a.m. already in the low 60s at 62 degrees in philadelphia. winds wil

. >>> vai and rosemary. can't deny the bridge has reopened. clearly hear the sound of trucks and cars going over it. for the last six plus weeks no sound like that because this bridge was under some serious repairs. now late last night crews finished the final repairs ahead of a planned april reopening, but you know the fact they opened four weeks or so early, that is the delight of tens the of thousands of commuters this morning. we learn that the repair crew worked around the clock literally. worked 7 days a week here on the delaware river turnpike bridge to reopen it weeks earlier than they originally thought. a crack was found back in january in westbound lane. from that point on, the bridge was off limits to over 40,000 drivers who used it day will toy get back and forth from pennsylvania and new jersey. sky force 10 last night was over it as the first of tv drivers made their way across the bridge. to ensure the safety of the bridge after the repairs, crews ran a test by having trucks carrying 40 tons drive over it. as far as the investi

i'm rosemary connors. it's 10:00 on this sunday. plenty to get to. let's start with the weekend weather. meteorologist krystal klei is tracking it for us with the most accurate forecast in the region. >> it feels like winter if you want to be out ice skating. conditions are cold this morning. here are your feels-like temperatures. this is a huge improvement from earlier this morning when temperatures felt like 2, 3 degrees in philly. now at 17 in philadelphia, 13 in pottstown and allentown and 12 in trenton. to really put this in perspective, it felt like zero, allentown and trenton just a few hours ago. that was because we were still a little breezy and we had the cold air in place. the cold air isn't going anywhere. the winds have started to weaken some. 5 to 15 miles per hour, wilmington at 8. allentown 12 miles per hour and 15 nor atlantic city. that's enough that the feels-like conditions will last into the early afternoon meaning it feels colder than it truly is. also dry, nice and sunny today. that changes in the days to come. temperatures cli

rosemary thank you very much. let's go out and take a look at what we have now with the bay bridge toll plaza first. you can see the traffic is backing up here as you drive to the toll plaza. there have been no major issues here. still a lot of people are on the roads and that's why things are getting a lot more crowded as we move along and take a look here at some of these other commutes. you can see the san mateo bridge traffic. we showed it to you last time. it's pretty slow getting across. it's surprising for a day like today. fridays usually we have lighter traffic. northbound 280 traffic does look pretty good and south bay commute is not that bad. however, there is an overturned truck on the bailey road northbound 101 road. and that truck is leaking diesel fuel and that's why firefighters are still on the scene trying to lay down absorbant material. can you see this is going to be here for awhile. they haven't even started to try to attempt to right the truck. i don't even see a tow truck driver on the scene
