lets get out to lauren johnson in olney this morning with more, lauren? >> reporter: hi thomas good morning to you. people living in this neighborhood are pretty concerned and they are fed up, thinks intersection that worries them and scenes like this that played out here yesterday afternoon are becoming all too familiar. check out cell phone video someone captured around 4:00 p.m. in the $5,000 block of rising sun avenue. it is a common practice for students to be dismissed from nearby olney charter high school, crowd the street and street corners and many times things get out of control pretty quickly. that happened yesterday when a 16 year-old girl was stabbed. police don't necessity who did it but people living in the middle of this are worried. >> once one start fighting these kid are waiting for their bus here once one starts fighting it is like a mob, they all run to to that location. i have seen them. they are fighting, they are pulling hair, i didn't see the girl stabbed. she was sitting on the steps there. but i think she almost fainted >> repor
