i'm shepard smith at cnbc. an active shooter yet again first reported about one hour ago in tulsa now, police there say a gunman opened fire at a hospital. captain richard melvinberg telling nbc news he believes the gunman shot and killed at least three to four people he says several others are injured and that the death toll may rise a live look now at our local station, 2 news oklahoma heavy police presence right outside the hospital police told the station the shooter is down, though gave no more particular details. these are live pictures coming now from our affiliated station there. they have been describing two perimeters around this hospital and medical complex. one right up on the facility and one that's a bit farther back. again, the shooter is down initially, the police reported the primary shooter was down and we presumed there were indications they were looking to see if there were other shooters, not as a confirmation that there were. again, this is at a hospital in tulsa, oklahoma. let's listen in
