because detroit and metro detroit has been lacking in that for decades. so there's an opportunity to partner on that. what i would also say is, again, i would make the approach that there are better ways to do things than we currently do things with the prescriptive measures that you can find in some of the highway bills, though. compared to giving us more flexibility. we still have multiple situations where we may be making a great investment in a rest stop that we don't really need as opposed to a bridge. and the ability to have flexibility in making those decisions would be helpful to
