monika samtani, weather's good today. how about traffic? >>> with the exception of one overnight accident, traffic's not too bad. we have construction of course. first of all on the west side of town, you've got that construction on the outer loop between the dulles toll road and route 50. eastbound dulles toll road at the beltway as well. you want to watch out for those two stretches. let's take a live look at 395. at about 2:45 this morning, there was a single-vehicle accident. you can still see the flashing lights at the top side of your screen there. basically on the southbound side of 395, the ramp to seminary road. watch out for the residual activity. volumes are so light overnight that it shouldn't be causing any delays for you. just give them the space they need to deal with the last bit of information that they're gathering. in the meantime let's go back over to the maps. this time to the north side of town. if you're planning to head over to the beltway near kenilworth avenue, watch out for the construction on the outer loop it's
