caltrans spokesperson ivy will slow things down in the short term. at least until drivers get used to the new addition. caltrans will soon be starting a new fire safety project installing water lines inside the three older bores. this will require them to be taken out of service one at a time that will take place sometime in 2014. >> bart's and its two biggest unions could be heading back to the bargaining table. bart's board of directors says that provision in the contract will cost the district too much money. the issue at hand is a the " family medical leave act.
