to the alameda fire department at about 3:00 a.m. this morning a fire started and that call was made. a large fire in flames and you concede from this video they stated that they had to make a rescue from the second story balcony. the% was rescued and apparently is in good conditions. as far as the fire, there was a firefighter who was hurt and he has none left brain injuries. what is being said is that one person is in custody due to the suspicious fire. they have directed this to the alameda police department as far as why and obviously, right now, we're trying to figure out why this is a suspicious. i had a chance to talk to the fire department to describe what happens. >> upon arrival the person- to-we found a male adult on a balcony and we made a rescue. he was heavily involved in flames. he is safe and he is down away from fire. currently there is one injury which is not life-threatening. we believe that he has been transported to a hospital. the alameda police department currently has one person in custody who is a personal in
