i'm pam moore. and i'm steve aveson. last week a woman's body was recovered on a muni bus. we talked with her family members today who were told she likely died of meningitis. kron 4's j.r. stone is following the story. and joins us live outside the muni bus depot in san francisco's wharf. j.r. any precautions taken by muni? last friday we told you about another meningtis case --- the marin county health departnment says, sevin philips had bacterial meningtis. tests are underway to confirm the disease was the cause of his death. the 48-year-old was said to be in good health. he worked out at 'soul cycle' in larkspur. the health department has reached out to nearly 300- people who may have had contact with philips. at least a dozen people are now on antibiotics. as a precautiouary measure. there is not a meningitis vaccine.so it's up to people to learn how to protect themselves agains the virus. grant lodes is here with what we need to know. we may all have come on different ships but we're on the same boat now. there are no vaccines to protect against non-polio enteroviruse
