and ronna mcdaniel said the same thing on this broadcast here last night, that this is the party of trump, and that makes all the difference. my question to you as we wrap up, so much has been made of mail-in voting. so much of it has already taken place. how likely is it that it will have a definite influence on the outcome of this election? from we have to be specific. i'm in a congressional district where my congressman won by over 6,000 votes on election day, and because of third party vote harvesting, he lost by 600 to the democratic candidate. so it's something we've got to worry about. we know why they're pushing it, but it's really a question in these states like wisconsin, pennsylvania, michigan, ohio, north carolina, who's the governor, who's in the legislature, who controls it. and that context it's a little bit more favorable for the republicans. we all know what california and new york are going to do, but it's not going to matter. what we're worried about is wisconsin and michigan and pennsylvania, what are they going to do, because they're going to decide the election. that

come in please, ronna mcdaniel, rnz chair. this debate thing, don't debate him or only do one debate. what do you make of this? >> they're acting as the media arm for the biden campaign. biden doesn't want to debate. he is incoherent at best. we've seen many of his gaffs from his basement. they are afraid to put him on a debate stage. i want to say this, i think it is disqualifying, if you cannot debate in front of the american people, make your debate why you should be president, why you should go up against people like putin or xi, then you should not be president and you need to debate. i think if he doesn't debate, if he doesn't do all three he should be disqualified from actually running for president. stuart: well that is not going to happen. you know, that is not going to happen but if he does withdraw from all the debates or most of them, i think he face as political challenge. that would be a very big negative politically. let me move on for a second, because it seems like the democrats are preparing a new narrative.

mcdaniel said were bringing real people to talk about their experience with the president and the slide that he is hate filled and divisive is not going to stand up when he had people who are products of his criminal justice reform and the economy speaking on their own behalf about how he has impacted their lives. martha: we will see present from a lot during the course of this and we've all learned and covering him over the years that he likes to be his own spokesperson. he is the one who likes to get in front of the podium and does it all the time. what is your reaction to that that we will see him in a couple of presidential surprises every day? >> i think it is the trump show and i think he is terrific at television and he relishes the fact that when he appears on television the ratings are great so he sees himself, i thank you just said, as his best salesman and i think that is what he is putting forward. it's also the case he's putting forth his family and very prominent role and he will be introduced on thursday nights by his daughter and his wife will speak from the rose garden

we turn now to republican national committee chair ronna mcdaniel, who joins us from charlotte. good morning to you. >> good morning. great to be with you. >> brennan: i know you're quite busy. the r.n.c. nomination formally of president trump is scheduled for tomorrow. will he be in charlotte at all? can you tell us anything about what to expect? >> well, he will be in north carolina, unlike joe biden, who didn't go to wisconsin, the state where he held his event. the president hasn't confirmed if he is going to come by charlotte yet, but we have the delegates here. >> brennan: the a.p. is reporting that the secretary of state, mike pompeo, will be addressing the forum from israel, where he is on official business. this lineup, when you start hearing about cabinet members being involved, first of all, it's very unusual for diplomats to get involved in domestic politics, but it starts to look like using taxpayer-funded resources for a campaign. will tax taxpayers be reimbursed? >> it is going to be paid for by the convention of the r.n.c. and the campaign. everything we have put

. >> well, i think that having ronna mcdaniel make the unity argument leaves a little bit to be desired seeing as how she had to change her maiden name so as to not offend the president about the fact there's a sitting senator who is her uncle. that is not -- that is a republican that's not in good graces within the party. look, i think that her point is taken, that yes, donald trump has a stronghold on probably about 75% of the party, really. i think 40% are passionate red hat trump supporters, another 30% are tacit supporters. but here's the deal. hillary clinton won over about 4% of republicans last night. if joe biden moves it to 6% or 8%, this is a landslide election in his favor. and i think that is what they're missing and i think that is why the stronger side of the arguement is on our side of republican voters against trump and why you're seeing these former congressmen but more importantly at our website, the real americans who have been disgusted by this administration that have been republicans their whole life. >> all very interesting. hang with me. there are some other par
