kron four's. dan kerman reports in a letter to the head of the cdc and the biden administration, a group of doctors calling itself urgency of normal. >> he's calling on the federal government to revise the cdc's covid-19 guidelines for children among the proposals asking the cdc to no longer recommend vaccines for those under 18 in hopes that will lead schools, colleges and sports organizations to get rid of all vaccine mandates for children. i think that road conditions actually a horrible recommendation. uc berkeley, infectious disease specialist doctor john swartzberg says no longer recommending vaccines ignores the fact that those vaccinated are less likely to be hospitalized. and i know that covid causes less serious disease in children than a dozen adults. >> but it still causes very serious disease in children during the omicron surge. we have lots of hospitalizations for children. i strongly endorse recommendation. ucsf, infectious disease specialist doctor peter chin. hong agrees. >> the
