that is coming through in terms of the initial assessment of the damage in fordo. we heard yesterday, on sunday, pete hegseth was saying that a full assessment of damage at fordo is still some time away, but a warning that any transfer, if iran is transferring any uranium enriched material, it needs to declare it to the iaea. robin grimes is a nuclear scientist and a former scientific adviser to the ministry of defence in the uk, now a professor at imperial college london. he gave his assement of the risks of these direct hits on nucelar facilities in iran. i think first of all we have to remember that this nuclear material, this is a heavy metal, uranium, so there is a risk of contamination from that heavy metal, but because it is deep underground, that has been entombed. that is quite different from a nuclear explosion, which is extraordinarily unlikely from this sort of facility. these are nuclear reactors, and i think the iaea has been monitoring very closely as to whether there has been leaks of radiation and they have not detected any. how protected will this
