let's get started with a look at the weather with meteorologist lisa argen and lisa. i know a lot of people are getting ready for the weekend. are they going to need the sweaters or what's going on for this weekend? >> you know what? another cool one for us the last weekend of spring as summer arrives next friday, looking at some high clouds, and we have a marine layer that is reforming along the coast. so we'll get into that same pattern where the low clouds want to cling to the shoreline, especially the san mateo coast, added in a few high clouds and from our east bay hills camera atop vollmer peak, there is a look at the marine layer 51 downtown and hayward, 53, in oakland with 55, san jose 45 half moon bay. mount tam son up about ten minutes ago, and you can see all the 40s from petaluma, napa, santa rosa. that's where we've been clear. and our 24 hour temperature change shows you that anywhere from 4 to 7 degrees cooler from the coast to the north bay. so some high clouds will be increasing throughout the morning hours. by 1030 we're cloudy, upper 50s to about 70

and we're going to get started with a look at your weather with meteorologist lisa argen. lisa, we've been talking about the pride parade today. it's been a little foggy out there this morning. so we're going to have some sun for the parade. >> it looks ominous behind us, but it's not. we are definitely looking at a lot of sun, and that fog is just really just in patches in parts of the bay. and the sun is certainly making a big statement this morning. there's a look at the radar and satellite, where we're watching a few weak systems that will influence our temperatures day to day, bringing us a couple degrees cooler today, more dramatic cooling as we get into the latter part of the week, and some subtle cooling to start the workweek. 52, san francisco a lot of sun there above the marine layer 56 in hayward, and you can see just how compressed the low cloud deck is there from the peninsula. sfo there 51 santa rosa and 60 by the delta. so we're a little cooler at the coast and our warming trend continues inland. but it will be breezy around the bay with 70s a few 80s there a

let's start with a look at the weather with meteorologist lisa argen. but july is creeping up on us. yes. >> we call it june gloom. right. and for good reason for it. we've had the low clouds and fog at the coast. a gorgeous view right now where you can see the sun is up and the layered marine layer clouds allowing for pockets of drizzle in spots. this morning. low 50s san francisco to 56 in hayward. good morning. half moon bay, 52, hasn't reached the east bay and it won't from our east bay hills. camera top vollmer peak. we are looking at 50s in the north bay 60 out by concord. that's anywhere from 2 to 5 degrees milder. so we will see the low clouds and fog form and stay really right along the san mateo coast. even the marin county coast don't look for a lot of sun, but we are going to see temperatures warm up quickly. this is noontime 70s to low 80s, staying near 60 at the shoreline, a return to those low 90s inland. and we'll talk about that cooler weather for the pride parade for your sunday at. >> lisa. thank you. san francisco city leaders say th

let's get a look at the father's day forecast with meteorologist lisa argen. and how's it look for today, lisa. >> karina. yeah, well, you know, we have the low clouds that have formed in the past couple of hours. so starting out gray in many neighborhoods, in fact, low clouds into parts of the east bay as well. some high clouds also. but it's going to be a sunnier day today as we look at temperatures in the upper 40s. santa cruz going to 74 this afternoon. 52 downtown will be in the mid 60s later with low 50s half moon bay. there's a look from mount tam, and we've got a bit of a breeze that will continue. 40 and parts of inland valleys. we've been clear most of the night and that has allowed for slightly cooler readings. livermore and san jose. there's a look at the clouds through the early morning hours. then we're clear by about 10:00 60s and 70s by later on in the day, some low to mid 80s inland with upper 60s around the bay shore. some patchy fog at the san mateo coast. karina. >> lisa. thank you. thousands of people took part in demonstrations across the

we want to start with a look at the weather with meteorologist lisa argen. i know there's different conditions that we're tracking. >> yes. and it's summer. the first official full day of summer. we are definitely checking out elevated fire danger. and that's because of this trough that is spreading not only some cooler air, but some very gusty winds that has dried out the atmosphere. and that elevated fire danger has warranted a red flag warning for the delta. but for the bay area, it's the upper elevations. it's the coast that have seen the very gusty winds. 52 in fremont and sfo with 56 in concord and more mid-fifties all around the north bay. and that's because of all that wind keeping the atmosphere pretty well mixed. so it's nine degrees warmer, santa rosa, a couple degrees cooler in our east bay. but notice that wind gusts santa rosa up to 29 miles an hour. it's over 15 in novato. and so for the next couple of hours, we're sunny noontime 60s and mid 70s. and then by later in the afternoon, a few low 80s far inland, but a mild day with those gusty onsh

meteorologist lisa argen is tracking the forecast and opposite of what we're seeing there. that snowy video uh- some warm weather happening, right, lisa? >> yeah. you know, the afternoon has been pretty nice. if you can sort of shield yourself from those breezy winds along the coastal gaps or even at our beaches. it does turn out to be pretty nice this june sun allowing for uh. yeah, my grass is already dried out and we are looking at more sunshine on the way. just some patchy fog out there this morning. here's a look at the wind flow. we had some pretty dry air yesterday, and that has allowed for that marine layer to become just patchy overnight. it is forming the next couple of hours and then we're going to see another pretty comfortable day out there before high pressure builds in for the middle of the week. and that's going to bring us a warming trend, say, tuesday and wednesday. right now it is 55, in concord, looking at those 40s arriving from sonoma, 48, in san rafael with upper 40s in fremont. so certainly a little cool out there to get going. and a look from our exp

zach fuentes, why don't we start the weekend off with a look at the weather with meteorologist lisa argen? good morning. >> good morning. got hot yesterday didn't it? yeah. we were certainly looking at some much warmer weather. and as we look at our satellite and radar composite, it's the same old, same old. we have a trough developing offshore and that's going to allow for temperatures to warm up again but not get too, too hot. today will be the warmest day out of the next seven. 57 in fremont, it's 55 in oakland. low clouds and fog blanketing the north bay. so we've got mid 50s in novato. so compared to yesterday, that blanket of low clouds keeping us anywhere from 2 to 5 degrees milder. and the plan for about 8:00 we'll see more 60s. a quick warm up today. look what happens by noontime. we've got low to mid 80s from san ramon to concord. already 80 in fremont, 79 in petaluma. and yesterday you had those upper 80s on the peninsula. today we'll see mid 80s once again. but by 4:00 those afternoon highs into the 90s inland with the 60s at the coast, plenty of fog there. we'll talk about th
