first pitch at oracle park tonight is at 715.grand opening in the north bay. the newest salt and straw location is opening in santa rosa's montgomery village today. the portland based scoop scoop shop is known for its out of the box flavors, like the curry and tomato custard tart and wildflower honey and lemon chess pie. don't knock it till you try it. some of it is pretty good. the grand opening is happening at 11 this morning. the store will be salt and straw location in the bay area. san francisco is holding its monthly castro night market today. it will be held on 18th street between hartford and collingwood streets and will feature local food vendors, merchants and some live entertainment. the castro night market runs from 5 to 10:00 tonight from downtown alameda rock and roll beer stroll starts and returns this saturday, starting at 1 p.m. can sip and stroll and enjoy some live music and a few tasty bites while learning about the unique styles of northern california breweries and local chefs. you can still get tickets there
