there is san antonio. this is within the city limits. a lot of rain fell.nio picked up 9.2 inches from this one storm. i mean, a bigger number for port lavaca, pulling in 11.4 inches of rain. when you see numbers like this and i show you a video like we've got right here, and i've said it myself, boy, we don't want more rain going to texas. well, that's not a true statement. you get too much rain too fast but the state of texas needs some rain. look at the situation for san antonio in terms of its drought. it has been severe there. in fact, it's exceptional. it's a 4 out of 4 on the scale austin a 3 out of 4, they need the rain. when the atmosphere is this dry, your ground just dries up it becomes like it is not soft absorbing earth, it becomes like concrete. the rain falls and just flows in the creeks like runoff like we have seen in those pictures up above me right there. you would prefer to get about an inch of rain every afternoon in san antonio for a number of days, and unfortunately that is not in the cards. that low-pressure system that is responsibl
