adam housley with the news this afternoon live on our west coast newsroom. adam, here we go. >> yes, shepard. those two search warrants was served in the houston area. we got a hint from dr. murray's own attorneys who said they believed at the time yesterday that it might constitute a manslaughter type of investigation. according to the associated press and the "l.a. times" those warrants were entered today and they said they were looking for items that could constitute manslaughter charges. dr. murray was the man who supposedly tried to revive michael jackson all the way to the hospital. the attorneys said he's been cooperating since the beginning. this investigation is ongoing. among the items seized was a medical board certificate, letters to a former employee, a list of contacts and papers pertaining to his practice and a few other notices as well, shepard. so this investigation is definitely ongoing and going very, very strongly right now. i talked, also, a law enforcement source here in the los angeles area late last night who told me that this case is
