while it's not quite there yet in easton and st. michaels it's getting close and we're watching the track of the heavy rain, extending towards cambridge, even lightning strikes there in portions of caroline county. it's good news because they need the rain. we all need it and it's pushing its way basically from the lower eastern shore and trying to head up in our direction. there's that cluster we were focused in on. looks like it's trying to close in on baltimore. over the morning commute we could get rain. as we're watching this semitropical system. i keep saying that because on the wide satellite picture we had outflow clouds last night. it looked like it was trying to take on a signature as it has a tropical feed extending all the way down into the southern atlantic. we're watching this cluster history which looks like it's still got a nice outflow of the high clouds, spreading out from the center of the storm but it doesn't have a really well defined center. we're watching this thing that doesn't have a name. the hurricane cent

now we're looking at a quick jump to 73. 75 easton. look at the bounce in york, from the 40s to now 67 degrees. we're all warming up today. there's the cloud band that formed on top of us coming from storms that extend all the way back towards the great lakes. the system is responsible for two tornadoes just west of minneapolis yesterday afternoon. those strong storms rolling through ohio now. at least the ohio valley back towards indiana and southern sections of illinois. essentially we'll be watching that complex to maybe throw more high clouds our way as we head through the afternoon. storms fire up back in the mountains. we'll have them overnight and into the morning. there's the possibility of rumbles of thunder predawn thursday, then showers probably dotting around the bay and i-95 as we head through the first part of thursday and then more showers and storms try to erupt in the afternoon. we get a break in the action friday but another system to come through for the start of the weekend will actually bring in cooler temperatures
