we want to go right out to sal castaneda who has had a busy morning this morning. hi, sal. >> it has been pretty busy for sure. let's go outside. e want to show you some pictures. it has been pretty slow on highway 4 this morning. we did have earlier issues on highway 4. you can see that traffic is still going to be a little bit slow coming up to the bay point area. no major problems here as you drive to concord, though. it just the slow traffic you are used to coming out of the east county. getting out to the toll plaza of the bay bridge, it has been up and down this morning now it is about maybe an eight to ten minute weight at the toll plaza. once you get on to the bridge it does move okay. on the peninsula we are doing pretty well. 101 and 280 not showing a lot of -- just a lot of censor -- road censors turning red or yellow. still green. across the bay 880 traffic looking okay. and still looking good from hayward to fremont so the commute hasn't turned really ugly and we hope it won't. here is mark. >> the big weather headline today the fog is back and a big t
