chris cotter with fox business network is live in new york. two women suing goldman sachs over discrimination claims. tell us about this and how this is affecting the market. >> three former employees are looking to have the suit certified as a class action suit so it could be any former goldman sachs female employee could jump on board. they say there is a systematic pattern and practice of discrimination. pay and promotions, a lot of gender discrimination and they say they were sort of made fun of if you will so they're suing for damages in that regard too. we'll see how this goes. goldman sachs says the suit is without merit and obviously this is something that will take a little while to get through the courts. you mentioned chase as well. their web site went down monday night and chase has 16.5 million online customers. so this affects a lot of people. went down monday night. these things go down a lot but they are usually put right back up. it was down monday, all day tuesday and even part of the day on wednesday after chase had said it
