three people are recovering after a triple shooting in the south baltimore. three men were shot around 8:30 p.m. last night. according to investigators, two were shot in the stomach and the other in the pelvis. one victim was treated and released while the other two are still in serious condition. nine coalition service members are dead after the helicopter crashed in a southern province of afghanistan. according to nature, no reports of enemy firing in the area but the taliban is claiming responsibility. the death toll is now at 529 troops in afghanistan making this the deadliest year so far. >> we have breaking news right now. let's go live to capt. roy taylor in the sky team 11. >> this is the 300 block of philadelphia road in harford county where a truck collided with a poll which collided with a house. we are not sure about injuries. you can see there is a lot of debris from the track as well as the telephone pole. and is on fire. state police have shot down both north and southbound philadelphia road at this location while the deal with this accident. r

the rain is primarily west of the baltimore area in dc and south aáes and east of us. take a look at radar. as i mentioned particularly out to cross portions of washington county there. a batch of rain continuing to flow into that region, one cell after another. so they're problem seeing locally heavy downpours. it's all moving pretty much from south to north. southeast of our region, light rain now across northern portions of the eastern shore, ocean city getting a little rain. and a little bit more across st. mary's county. around the baltimore region, not much going on at all just cloudy skies, a few light sprinkles moving through cecil county. we'll have to wait a little longer for some of this stuff to cross southern portions of the bay. we're talking 7:00 or 8:00 to be the. some of this thunderstorms activity out to the west of us still may swing up. we're still in the risk of more thunderstorms and shower activity. temperature wise right now in the region, pretty humid, dewpoints way up. 77, dc75. ocean city 74. the cooler air to the west, cumberland 63. that is
