this involvellegations that there were some cadets involved in cheating back in november 2009 athe police academy. what the chief is saying and continues to say, there was no cheating involving these cadets them say they could face disciplinary action expulsion. the chief said it is unextra. there were allegations that they were given answers to questions. and even one cadet whoasn't there was given a 100%. but the chief said that cadet really did not exist. he said at particular cadet was there at the time and was given a score for the test and he was in fact. there hilton said there were a couple of instructors who did give out answers and appropriate disciplinary action has been taken. >> an additional review of the allegations made in the article indicates that section 115 did t engage many cheating. that all it has thus far revealed that all these officers professionally and adequately took the appropriate tests. >> reporter: so again, police ief robbo hilton basically defending his officer saying they did nothing wrong. that there is in fact no cheating scandal involved here. he did
