it runs along the ohio river in southern indiana. it appears to be homogenous, but actually, there is quite a lot of diversity in terms of political thought. there is the most liberal area of the state in the northern part of the district. there is a rural area where people consider themselves democrats locally, but they tended to vote for republicans for president. then you have areas that are urban and suburban. you have a real mix of there. the result is that even though the district can be considered democrat, there are a lot of conservatives, and you're never sure how that will play. one of the things that makes this interesting and expensive is that it is covered by four different media markets. the problem is, none of them are a majority in the district. it is very expensive to buy advertising, and the advertising dollars do not go very far. the cincinnati market is a mostly covering ohio. the louisville market is mostly covering kentucky. >> i think baron hill is going to be explaining his controversial but on health care. i
