stan mentioned jay miller's report on the promenade last night. this morning it is still roped off but all of that flooding and water from the harbor has subsided and gone back in. so, it will be more object a clean-up mode. right here behind me thames street was flooded but it has subsided quickly and now just a couple of pools of water are left. the city transportation department guy said you need to move because we need to open back up the street so they are in clean-up and are reopening streets and assessing the situation. you will see a lot of debris down here came up from the inner harbor along the cobblestone streets and that is what you will see on the promenade with the expected trash. that is the clean-up that needs to take place. really it is incredible what we saw with the heavy rain streaming up northward with kind of a hybrid tropical blend of moisture and moisture pulled in from the atlantic. the 10.5 inches to the south shows you where the bull's eye was because that is where all the tornadoes were about this time yesterday when we
