it hit the uc police website yesterday. the facility opened at 6:00. a published report says they have posted signs inside the locker rooms with information about the crime alert. i was in the mens locker room and did not see any signs. there is none posted outside the building. a man was spotted inside the woman's locker room. the first was monday the 4th. a custodian spotted a suspect taking pictures of women in the locker room with a cell phone. >> i had no idea that type of thing was going on here. they need to fix that. >> reporter: when confronted the suspect knead fred. it happened two days later on the 6th. this time -- she confronted him. he fled. both times police were called but did not locate the suspect. the daily cal is reporting the berkeley lieutenant as saying the suspect is described as wearing a white gym towel on his head and be covering his jaw and mouth with the towel. he's 5'4"-6'5" and is indian or hispanic. they won't have anything to say until the public information officer gets in. reporting live kraig debro. >>> authorities
