arnold schwarzenegger? are they working together? is brown really going to go in a whole different direction? i can't imagine he can do it from scratch this quickly. >> well, you know, interestingly enough, i don't think that governor schwarzenegger and governor-elect brown have hardly met at all. i think they've actually met in person once during this transition period. the interesting thing about transitions for governors in california is the state department of finance is basically full of civil servants. most of those people start actually working for the governor-elect after the election on his budget trying to work him through the process. so he's actually got a staff of sorts. but schwarzenegger's not involved. you know, and arnold schwarzenegger, interesting story there, put forward a $10 billion budget solution back a couple weeks ago that the legislature basically told him thanks but no tharngz, we'll wait for jerry brown. so this is going to be brown's to solve. but i think what we're going to se
