we don't even know you. >> in vallejo, alan wang, abc7 news. >>> a bay area man wrongly convicted of a double murder 18 years ago is a free man tonight. conley walked out of san francisco county jail this afternoon. he was convicted in the 1989 drive by shooting in the bay view district that killed two people and injured 11 others. it was overturn -- overturned after learning the key witness was part of the protection program. they have no choice to drop the case because of the amount of time that's gone by and a key witness has died. >>> the owner of a pittbull that bit a 10-year-old vallejo boy on monday must decide whether to euthanize the animal or face a dangerous dog hearing. the dog named savage was captured by animal control in vallejo with the help of his owner. savage took a chunk out of the boy's right arm that will require reconstructive surgery of the the boy claims savage was released to attack him. the owner says she left the dog with a friend who couldn't hold on to the leash. the vallejo animal services is investigating both claims. >>> well, still ahead, now hiring.
