this is billy and colleen waterman of palm desert in southern california missing for four days now. san francisco police telling their daughter, she tells us that police are calling this a murder case and the victim may be colleen. that's what san francisco police are reportedly saying. we have some video of the scene out here last night after crews found the couple's car parked illegally near devil's slide. no sign of anyone. crews repelled down the side of the cliffs to search the rocks below. nothing down there. a sheriff's department spokesperson telling abc news the search is an effort to find billy waterman, not colleen. if you add the homicide investigation and this being more of a search for the husband, maybe investigators have found colleen's body or evidence that there was foul play. we don't know. but we do know investigators say the investigation is going to continue this morning down here. we don't know if that means that more closures for highway 1 down here near devil's slide. i'm terry mcsweeney. back to you. >> thanks, terry, for the update. an employ at kaiser is

now, i don't think i need to remind you that a lot of folks in the central valley and southern california get their water through the delta. and they expect that it will be fresh rather than salty. now that i've completely depressed you, let me give you the good news. even though i showed you a map of san francisco international airport under water in 2100, it won't happen. san francisco won't become the venice of the west. silicon valley won't become the loss city of atlantis, and salt water won't come out the taps in southern california. why? because however much it costs we can't afford to let this happen. so we will build levies around the airports, we will build a seawall around the san francisco waterfront. flood control is already being incorporated into the planning for the salt pond to wetland conversion project in the south bay and we'll change the way we store and move fresh water around california. economically, we don't have any other choice. but the cost will be enormous. and where we'll get the money and what other important investments and expenditures we'll have to forego
