when republican candidates come to nevada today, nevada moments will be deciding this caucus on january 14th, hopefully, they will want to hear solutions. so far they talked about getting business regulations settled, out of the way, simplifying the tax code, letting government get out of the way of businesses to start creating jobs. nevada has a low tax rate. we have a business friendly regulatory environment. and we still suffer from the highest unemployment rate so voters will be looking to these candidates to come up with interesting, creative ideas that might have traction in the state. >> what kind of reception will herman cain get for his electric fence comments in a state where immigration is a big issue? >> you know, that was a clip by herman cain, i think that's what makes him somewhat popular with republican voters who are looking for something different. immigration can be a fiery issue in nevada. i think that comment may play to that republican base. you look ground the primary, nevada has a quickly growing hispanic population, they tend to vote democratic, if he makes it g

nevada's unemployment and foreclosure rates the highest in the nation. the field of candidates is smaller with jon huntsman boycotting the debate because nevada moved up their caucus date. the iowa caucuses moved up to january 3rd.

chairwoman of the nevada gop, t.j. asked her, are you going to move back today to accommodate new hampshire. asked her two or three times. she kept saying no, no, no. they are sticking with their date. she and the executive committee will not budge on the date of january 14th. here is the problem. let's take a look at the calendar. january just a few months away. all started when florida moved up to january 31st. the four states that are supposed to go early iowa, new hampshire, south carolina and nevada, they vowed, well, we'll go earlier. south carolina is next, holding ours on the 21st. nevada announced we'll hold our caucus on the 14th. iowa, we think they are going to go on the third. that's kind of boxing new hampshire in. they have a state law saying their first in the nation primary is supposed to be a week before any contest. if the 14th is when nevada will be, they may go as early as december. as you just said five presidential candidates, huntsman and as you mentioned, michele bachmann, newt gingrich, herman
