a pretty light ride today with george. >>george: the lightest of the week so far. we have been looking at great conditions on the bay area bridges and freeways. we are not tracking any hot spots or unusual delays. it is hard to find slow traffic. on the bay bridge we have seen the lightest traffic of the week. no slowing even on the approach from the middle of the east parking lot. it is remarkable. the sanity of bridge ride has been a good one. lighter than usual on the approach and on the stand. the golden gate bridge is a delay freethinking of our camera at the toll plaza off looking towards the marin headlands. no problems northbound or southbound. in the east bay, with a green showing on the roadway sensors. that means limit speeds. a little bit of yellow means speeds have dropped to 50 mi. an hour. this west valley freeway, no delays for 101 or to 80 and to the marin ride is as fit as a guest for southbound 101. >>mark: today the city of oakland will announce the results of an independent investigation into a police response to the occupy oakland protests. th
