as we are in westminster and they had snow overnight. you can see it's icy and not much to speak of. but it's toa chance to talk to state highway police and they tell me that they didn't have major problems here in carroll county. that he had little dusting overnight. just enough to cover the cars and just like you saw there, but as you can see behind me here,the streets and roadways look pretty good. not a whole lot of traffic out here. but it's moving pretty smoothly. now, in hagerstown, it was a totally different story. they had a wintery mix of rain and snow pour down on the area. the snow was not sticking, but at higher elevations like boonsboro snow was accumulating. state highway patrol plows lined the streets making sure the roads were safe and this is what some folks had to say about it. >> torrential rains and then torrential snow. >> no accumulations yet but the roads were scary. >> ready to head south. don't like winter. >> i don't know. we just got back from cruise. so it's really cold. >> reporter: all right. back out here
