up first, angelina jolie. the academy award winning actress makes her debut as a movie director and writer with, "in the land of blood and honey." i sat down with her and the stars of the new movie this week to discuss the movie's influence and the role of powerful women in hollywood. the movie tells the story of danjiel, a bosnian serb and ajla a bosnian muslim. the couple, lovers before the war, are torn apart by the the ethnic conflict. jolie conceived the movie to show the impact of the bosnian war on the people who lived through it and as a statement against rape as a tool of war. why this movie, and why now? >> well, i didn't -- i didn't intend on becoming a director, i didn't want to direct a movie. i just, uh, spent ten years traveling around the world in conflict and post-conflict zones and i was moved by the situations and the people i met. and i felt compelled to, and frustrated by lack of intervention and violence against women. and i kind of wanted to do something. so i kind of sat and i decided t
