mateo county was the best entity to do that with the city and county of san francisco. i questioned san mateo county to effectively go into such an agreement with the city because they're having their own. san mateo county is having its own difficulties getting its own golf courses within its jurisdiction. the popular course in san mateo county is one that has not seen a decrease in demand. it is one of the other golf courses that are not getting used very frequently. the san mateo county has had difficulty raising the funds to be able to manage its park system in the past two years. they have attempted to approve bonds for a couple of park measures in the county as -- and was not able to see this done successfully. the legislation for the alito -- bill letter expressed negotiations that were happening and this legislation would prevent that happening. it is not the case we have the ability to continue having dialogue and conversation with san mateo in ensuing months. the real thrust of this ordinance is to protect endangered species in this -- of the pacific that area.

we can see the san mateo bridge camera easier than a half our ago. if you look at the upper right side of the screen, caltrans has the warning signs of heavy fog advisory. it's thick on the span toward foster city. you can see how thick it is where gil is. i can't remember a day when our cameras have been this socked in so yeah, obviously very thick approaching the pay gates and it's on the oakland and san francisco side of the span. so especially as you approach that "s" curve sometimes that gets treacherous. so with the fog especially thick, slow down, do the speed limit or slightly below it. golden gate bridge, overnight roadwork only one northbound lane was open on 101 but again it's all picked up so now you are good to go into san francisco and heading towards marin. a couple of other fog advisories. let's see, highway 1 between manor drive and 280 so parts of pacifica, daly city socked in, as well. highway 35 at hickey boulevard. so yeah, gil mentioned chp issued a lot of these fog advisories overnight between midnight and about 4:15 this morni
