joining us from south carolina is south carolina tea party leader, republican state senator tom davis who supported ron paul. senator davis, welcome. first, what is the message of newt gingrich's win? and what do you predict will happen in florida? >> actually it was a very good night for newt gingrich. you can't deny that. and i can kind of feel it moving that way in south carolina after the debates on monday and on thursday night. he is such an extremely good debater, a very sharp guy, very bright and very forceful. that struck a cord with the people of south carolina. but one of the large e lessons -- larger less sons coming out is the growth of ron paul's movement. i think people are missing that message. in 2008 he only got 3.7% of the vote in the republican primary, about 15,000 votes. yesterday dr. paul got 13% of the vote and 77,000 votes. we are seeing a 3.5 fold increase and a 5 -- and a 55,000 vote increase. ron paul is growing a movement. he is teaching people. he is educating people. you have seen it happen in iowa, growing the numbers there. it happened in new hampshire,
