we also have something behind isaac that could become joyce. and you know, as emily mentioned, it is too early to tell. that said, it is, it's more confluent as the word goes after it. let's start with the tropical satellite and you see the system off to your right. that could become joyce. the tropical depression, winds right now are 30. 34 miles per hour. they have to get to 39 or higher to become a tropical storm. this is isaac. and hammering, just hammered martin. it is pushing further west. still moving to the west at 18. and it is about 365 miles east, southeast of san juan. it's going to pass south of san juan, but we talked about passing south, we're talking about the center of the storm and of course the storm extends. it will affect tropical storm warnings in effect. hurricane warning in effect for the dr and hurricane watch for haiti. here's the track by the national hurricane center. takes it just south of the dr and curves it back up to the northwest. takes it across cuba and it will weaken. because there are mountains and it goes

we also have joyce to worry about. we're not going to worry about joyce as she will be staying offshore. right now about 250 miles southeast. right now, there are just some hurricane warnings here for the south coast. and tropical storm haiti and the warnings here for the north coast of the d.r. as well as puerto rico. and it's a pretty big storm, but not well defined. the circulation is not tight, so consequently a very weak storm. now remember that the winds are 30 miles per hour as you need to become a tropical storm. they are just 30 miles per hour. but not very power pack in terms of the wind. but it is not always a problem with these storms. it's heavy rainfall as it will move west. turn a little northwest to go over cuba. and they will weaken no doubt about that to go back in the gulf of mexico and become a category one storm with the winds, maybe 75 to 85 miles an hour. now if they take the track, they will need to shut the convention down. if it takes a little closer, that will be a different story. but appare

we do have joyce now. we did have tropical storm joyce but now the good news is that it has weakened. this is it right here. it's a tropical depression and the good news is that it's going to stay away from the lower 48. it's going head towards the bermuda area if you are going there. that's not such a good situation. but we also look at the one that's going to pose a threat for tampa as we go through time and this is tropical storm isaac as of now. we can see it is trying to get its act together a little bit but it is kind of waning off and on. it will slide off towards the west and has its eye towards hispanola and cubach the wind -- cuba. winds sustained at 45 miles an hour and the track has tampa in it. but now we are looking at areas of the gulf coast. this will begin to strengthen and it's a tropical storm you and the winds sustained at 45 miles an hour. but we can get the winds up to about 74 miles an hour as we go through the next several days here. so still keeping our eyes peeled. this is kind of
