over a foot of rain in easton. ocean city well over 7 inches, and elkton at about 6 inches of rain. the storm that hit all this is now to the west and spinning around just to the north of garrett county. the big flow around it is encompassing most of the eastern half of the country. you can see some more air being pushed into augusta, maine. colder air is coming in from the west side and changing that over to snow. the wind gusts were impressive on the north side of the storm. ocean city had hurricane force wind gusts. annapolis up to 69 of an hour and a gust of 60 miles an hour officially at bwi marshall airport. temperatures are below freezing in many areas out in allegany and garrett counties. that have been measuring snow by the foot. as of 6:00, the blizzard warning was dropped in our state but still going on in west virginia. as of late this afternoon, you could see anywhere from 20-29 inches of snow in parts of garrett county. reducing visibility and causing power outages. maybe a wet snowflakes are too mixed in here. tonight. getting into st. michael's about now and annapoli
