antioch police are vetting the death of a man found in a home. officers were called to a house near canada hills drive last night at 6:00. they discovered the body of a 70-year-old man inside. police have not released his names or details of how he died. it is treated as a homicide. >> from san francisco, a high speed chase with a man on a motorcycle ended in a crash at 19th avenue. the motorcycle driver crashed after slamming into two cars. the chase began at 12:30 at highway one. the motorcycle took off going at least 100 miles per hour. no word on why police tried to pull the driver over. he was treated on the scene and taken to the hospital. >> construction at the new 49ers stadium is on hold until at least tomorrow while state safety officials continue vetting the accidental deaths of a worker. the city council meeting started with a moment silence in honor of donald white, age 61. the veteran elevator installer died when he was hit by a counterweight while working at levi stadium, the father of four and work on elevators for 43 years. >> a

that's in connection with an antioch homicide. we've not confirmed with police if it is related to last night's homicide that happened off shores shoe circle but we know a car was stolen. neighbors say a man came home last night, found his 70-year- old partner dead inside. officers were called to the house around 6:00 last night. police won't say how the elderly man was killed but officers say the victim may have suffered head trauma. investigators have not released the man's name. within seven hours, police responded to another shooting at 19th and d street at around 12:30 this morning,'s then found a 21-year-old man on the sidewalk suffering a gunshot wound. emergency crews performed cpr. it was no use. the victim died at the hospital. police have not released his identity either. we have calls into the antioch police department. they are supposed to come to work at 8:00. we'll be checking in with them them. live from antioch, i'm tara moriarty, ktvu channel 2 news. >>> in san jose, the two suspects charged with shooting and kil
