great book about 1969 and 1970 about the breakup of the beatles, about the emergence of james taylor, crosby, stills, nash & young, political musical standpoint, what's happening politically at the time. we had woodstock in 69. we had really the remnants of the civil rights movement moving to the war of vietnam and political unrest at kent state, all that was happening during the time, remarkable book. reading a book right now as well called "the executioner." it's a book about the diary of an executioner from the 16th century, early part of the 17th century. a little bit glory but very interesting all the same. ..
