pg&e crews are still at the intersection of san bruno and san mateo avenues. they are repairing the broken pipe out there. alex savage is also there. you just got a report from pg&e. what did they just say? >> i just talked with a partly cloudy e representative. he said his gas line was marked. they are trying to figure out how that construction worker missed the line and ruptured it with a backhoe. the line in question is a two inch natural gas line. now this accident happened just after 8:00 last night here at this construction site at san bruno avenue. this is a 155 million project to raise the cal train tracks in this area up allove the pg&e crews are working late in the night. trains are back on schedule this morning. there were no evacuations ordered and pg&e representative talked about what went into that decision. >> you take a look around, you can see it was just a two inch line and we were on scene. determination was made evacuations weren't necessary. >> reporter: there is the first train that came through at 5:15 this morning and it was right on ti
