. >>> we're following a developing story in livermore. a police officer is on the wrong side of the law. 38-year-old richard mccloud was arrested over the weekend on allegations of sexually assaulting girls. >> reporter: the abuse is alleged to have taken place at after school programs across the city of livermore. most recently as 2007. only recently did a victim come forward. 38-year-old richard scott mccloud is being held on $750,000 bail. the alleged abuse occurred before mccloud became a police officer, when he was the lead coordinator of the after school program in livermore. >> he was the one everybody liked. >> reporter: police say the claims involve multiple girls at several different elementary and middle schools in livermore. the victims say the abuse took place on school grounds. the first victim is now an adult. >> we originally got the report from one victim as a result of that statement and cooperating with what she told us, we discovered several other victims. we have interviewed those victims. >> reporter: the abuse took

westbound 580 slow through the altamont pass and the livermore valley. that's just your usual drive time though for this time of the morning. taking you outside here's a live look at the san mateo bridge. all those taillights that's the commute direction. westbound 92 looking good now over the high-rise no big issues. eastbound 92 looks good, as well. so the metering lights were finally turned on over at the bay bridge toll plaza shortly after 6:00. there was a stall near treasure island so that blocked a lane for a while. bridge crews took care of that but in the meantime, the delays continue to grow to the first overcrossing for about 10 to 15 minutes to get on the bay bridge. it's also slow and go towards antioch on 4. slower than usual. there was an earlier crash this morning near somersville. it was quickly cleared to the right-hand shoulder but the delays continue beyond "a" street all the way through those antioch exits. you have to wait until pittsburg before you finally start to see some clearing towards concord and 242. that is your latest "kcb

concord livermore 63? very chilly weather out there. as a matter of fact, i went back in the record books and looked at the high temperatures for livermore. today's high of 63 the coolest afternoon since april 15th. 193 days ago. it is more than half a year since livermore and inland locations were this chilly in the afternoon hours. very cold day leading to another cold night. san jose and san francisco 49. concord 46 degrees overnight tonight. two things i want to show you. first off all the cloud cover we had at 10:00 this morning that burned off. but look at what's happening. this is a major change. it's burning off, offshore, as well. that's a sign that the low pressure area that we were talking about yesterday is doing its thing and mixing up the atmosphere what this means for you, a little bit of fog tomorrow. but not nearly as much and it won't last nearly as long. so less fog on friday, a lot of sunshine for you saturday and sunday as well as rain from this low misses us and then it's a different area of low pressure which will
