and im anny hong hi, erica. crews in rohnert park are working to restore power this morning to thousands of p-g and e customers, including the newly open graton casino. the outage began just before 11 last night. it's impacting more than 36- hundred customers. so far, officials don't know what caused the power to go out. this morning, crews on the old eastern span of the bay bridge will be at it again. they are dismantling the cantilever section of the upper deck. that part of the desconstruction work should pitt take six weeks to complete. the entire demolition project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016 in all, about 7 and a half million tons of asphalt, concrete and steel will be removed. the new and official numbers are out. and more than 22- hundred people are dead. more than 26 -hundred are injured and at least 84- people -- are still missing from the deadly typhoon that hit the philippines. these numbers are according to the philippines national says disaster risk reduction and management coun
