and there's one on the right of arlington national cemetery that you told me you're particularly proud of? >> well, yes, i am. i've been an amateur photographer all of my life. and not a serious one, like my daughter is, but i like to take pictures, and i count that as the best picture i ever took. it is after, you think about it. there's the grave. there's the flag limp at half staff. four days earlier he had been the prime of his life, president of the united states, looking forward to being rye elected. now he is dead, in the grave, and everybody is gone. if that is not a sad vista, i don't know what is. and anyway, it was just a snapshot, but sometimes the photograph gods sprinkle a little the magic dust on it and you get one that's really memorable. and for me, in a lifetime of taking snapshots, to me, that's the best picture i ever took. >> we're going to take a look at a couple other photographs you took at arlington at the funeral. but as you said, you're a young man swept up in all these circumstances as an observer and all this history happening around you. is there a moment
