we have more of the damage from the wind in berkeley. matt? what a mess in downtown berkeley but the winds have died down the last 20 minutes. there is a lot of debris in the roads. i told you of the sign that blew off the restaurant and blew 75 yards away. you can see the damage here shows how strong the wind gusts have been in berkeley and, of course, you have the trees, the branches in the area and you have a lot of debris, we saw at the who of garbage cans. it is a mess. you could run interest a lot of debris on the surface streets so it is dangerous. pg&e crews are in the area. they are working on getting the power back on. the latest numbers from pg&e in the east bay at 13,000 outages but over the last hour the number has dwindled from 20,000. north bay has the second most customers without power at 6,400, and the peninsula has 62. the winds have died down but there could still be problems. the branches have been throwing all might and they could be weak and fall with the slightest of breezes. be careful when you hit the roads. >> thank
