. >> and i'm eun yang. welcome to to this monday, november 25, 2013. the cold blast heading our way is already blamed for 13 deaths in the southwest part of the country. icing roads in new mexico led to a roll over crash that killed a 4-year-old girl. a winery mix much of icy rain turned to snow covering nearly the entire state. there is so much snow state patrol closed roads just as millions of drivers are preparing to head out for thanksgiving. the same storm dumped 13 inches outside of oklahoma city. road conditions are also treacherous there. at least four people died in spinouts and rollovers in that state. temperatures are not expected to get above freezing making road conditions even worse. >> now all eyes are on our part of the country with such cold temperatures here. what lies in store for us and how does it coincide with your thanksgiving plans? storm team 4 meteorologist tom kierein is here with the first check on the forecast for us this morning and we're looking at temperatures, windchills now in the teens in a lot of places. >> yeah, the
