ktvu's jana katsuyama has more on the surprise hours before the board of directors was set to meet. >> reporter: well the board has a special meeting that has been scheduled for tomorrow and what we are hearing now is that the bart administration has found some language in the contract that could cause them to recommend the board reject the agreement. here is the statement we received from b.a.r.t. management today. b.a.r.t. management believes that a provision it did not agree to was include in the final package. b.a.r.t. is costing out the impact of the provision. it appears that the b.a.r.t. board is going to be looking at this. they won't vote but they will discuss it tomorrow. the agreement with the unions, the two largest unions was agreed upon and ended up with the unions going on strike twice in the course of the negotiations. this agreement brought all of that to an end. both unions ratified the contract by votes of 80%. so this is something union members i talked to say this comes as a
