this one on the skyway leaving san francisco. eastbound 80 by 4th it's a stalled bus and it's blocking a lane. and they went ahead and issued a traffic alert. it's been there for a while. traffic alert again in marin county. second straight morning we have seen these delays in a similar area. southbound 101 this is an overturn crash likely injuries approaching paradise drive. right now the backups extend towards sir francis drake, two lanes blocked here so give yourself some extra time. here's another live look outside the san mateo bridge commute looks great so far out of hayward. i noticed there was a stalled car on the shoulder. we can see it in our traffic camera but that's gone so everything looks good out over the high-rise. similar stories coming out of foster city. a quick look at the south bay where our camera crew at 101 and trimble looks like the skies are clearing a little bit at least the roads are dry and traffic is moving at the speed limit. remember, the latest news and weather are always on our website, kpix.com.

it's on the skyway. two lanes are blocked, one open but again it was a driver probably going too fast for the conditions. this is usually the problem when it gets wet. these solo spinouts hit a guardrail and again lanes are blocked. there are some slight delays. there were flooding reports of standing water on the connector from northbound 101 to eastbound 80. other flooding reports, chp says this is the worst of it as far as standing water goes. it's out in marin county often floods here northbound 101 at lucky drive. the cms warning signs run and it sounds like it is blocking the fast lanes. if you are heading towards the bay bridge, ponding in the middle lanes towards the toll plaza. if you take it slow everything should be fine coming into san francisco. typically we see a lot of overnight roadwork on northbound 880 closer towards downtown oakland exits. not this morning. caltrans suspended all overnight roadwork due to the rain. mass transit great option especially today. bart systemwide on time. mu

look at the back up that is continuing to grow on a 80 westbound this is backed up from the coming skyway. remember, it is very early in the morning and normal commute times may just be about 18 minutes. at the peak of the commute in maybe 28 minutes. more than likely it will double. this is putting extra pressure and airspace 680 and also we are tracking a potential hot spot for 880 southbound and this has become a new area of major delay. here is a look at the bridges, the bay bridge is light and it is due to no part of what's born on. the san mateo bridges problem free with 11 to 12 minutes. the golden gate bridge has no delays. >> the golden gate bridge may not have delays but it has its fair share of fog. we do have a dense fog advisory for the san francisco bay carrier the only spot but despaired is the interior valley. the temperatures are a 40's and 50's, they are very mild. the visibility is down fog tracker 4 is showing we are seeing a widespread but pockets of clear skies for concord and walnut creek. it is not too bad in livermore but as we head into the ladder part of the mor

a stalled car approaching the skyway. here's a live look at the bay bridge toll plaza. traffic is definitely lighter than normal so i think a lot of folks are beginning to start their holiday season starting to take some time off even the day before thanksgiving. we can tell obviously approaching the pay gates. we'll have another "kcbs traffic" update. in other words, what's the forecast? here's lawrence. >> it's been scary. we have a cutoff low that's been sitting off the coastline and these tend to bounce around, they are very hard to forecast. but now i think we're look at some good weather towards thanksgiving. right now a few clouds across the skies. temperatures generally in the 40s and the 50s although we have seen some 30s in some of the interior valleys. by the afternoon a mix of sun and clouds. it looks like the temperatures going to be comfortable in the 60s. here's that cutoff low that i'm talking about. the good news, it looks like it is going to continue to track due south. that will keep most of the chance of rain well away from the bay area. we will see

>> we are taking a look at the hot spots as san francisco this turned out to be very serious on the skyway. this is interstate 80 eastbound heading towards the lower deck. there is word that there may be a pedestrian that has been struck by a bill " and possibly a big rig. at present all the lanes of interstate 80 are shut down. that is the word from the california highway patrol. this does not sound good. the combination of a pedestrian in a big rig does not look good. initially they indicated that there may not keep all the lanes blocked but that is just a hunch. >> however, right now there is a problem getting to the lower deck of the bay bridge from the sky way. to get around this problem you can use to 80 into san francisco and then get off at fort st.. and that will get your rumpus problem so if you are headed to the east bay to catch it fly at oakland international did not get on the skywest common interstate 80 eastbound. you should exit the freeway and take city street and get on the approach to the bay bridge past the seven street exit. >> a quick look at the bay bridge was the b
