. >>> it's lunchtime on this friday and tony and stephanie tantillo are cooking up a different with a little bit of crispy cauliflower. >> i see this beautiful local cauliflower at the market and i said, stephanie, let's make a dish, keep it healthy like you do and what are we going to do? >> we wanted to make it fun so we are making crunchy cauliflower. you're cooking it with caramelizing it with scallions and toasted breadcrumbs. we blanched quickly not as long as normal because it's going to keep cooking in here. add the heirloom tomatoes which are still available everywhere. add in some italian flat leaf parsley just the leaves that we chopped up. >> add a touch of this. it gives it a nice little broth. look how beautiful this looks, steph. look at the color. >> a small touch. >> we'll plate this right here. and we're going to put the cheese on top. >> this is such a filling dish. >> a little bit of cheese. you know what i'm going to do? it looks like pasta. i'm going to add a little more breadcrumbs. sicilians put a lot of breadcrumbs on everything. beautiful, stephanie. local an

. >>> with a name like tantillo his pasta recipes have to be good. here are tony and stephanie cooking up an easy one. >> today's pasta dish, healthy, delicious, with the old school cherry tomatoes. >> yeah. >> you threw them in here with extra virgin olive oil and look at this. first add pasta. this is not so much a sauce, it's more just a lot of vegetables like a fresca. i'll do spinach first because i don't want to heat up the radicchio that much because it has a nice bitter flavor that i want to keep. >> we have the spinach in there which cooks for 20, 30 seconds and that's all. it starts to wilt. then you can't stop it once you heat it up. now we are going to add the radicchio in there. we'll have the smaller piece. perfect. now we are going to plate. and there we go. >> look at that pasta. >> finish with pasta, radicchio and a little bit of cheese on top. love cheese on vegs substantials. there you go. that looks so good. cool and vibrant. beautiful shot, time to eat. ciao, everybody. >>> coming up next, a cautionary team about a burglar pickin
